This is a beautiful hike that takes us up alongside Two Mile River with its mini waterfalls and rockpools before heading on over to the Blue Cross (now red ;)) overlooking Omeath and Anglesey Mountain and beyond 🙂 . From there we will make our way down the hillside and loop back around the lower slopes and ending our hike along a woodland trail. This is a lovely hike but the very start of it is a good uphill stretch so a reasonable level of fitness is required as are proper clothing and footwear. No jeans or runners please.

Meeting Point: Lower carpark in Sliabh Foy Forest Park ( Omeath Forest Park)

Please be aware that the walk leaves on schedule so allow yourself time to park and prepare.
