The monthly Full Moon hikes continue with the Worm Moon on March 14th. Not the most pleasantly named Moon but it does signify the warming of the earth and new growth and beginnings 🙂 So why not join me on his beautiful route up to Paddy’s Top to watch the Sun setting and the Moon rising before making our way across the hills to Barnavave and back to our starting point down Maebh’s Gap and the Deserted Village. This is always a lovely hike regardless of clear skies. It has uneven mountain terrain but is doable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. Proper clothing and footwear are required and a torch for the way home 🙂 No jeans or runners though.
