The annual St.Patrick’s Day Hike up to the summit of Sliabh Foy continues!!! 🙂 We have had every type of weather over the years from glorious sunshine to wind and rain and we even had snow once! But whatever the weather, the craic has always been mighty and we most definitely earned the “fizzy pop” after it. Sliabh Foy is my absolute favourite place to be and on a clear day it has views to make your jaw drop. It isn’t a beginners hike due to the steep sections and uneven terrain. A decent level of fitness is required as are proper clothing and footwear. No jeans or runners.
