The Full Moon on the 1st of May (Bealtaine) will be the Flower Moon. May gives us a special treat this year with the month starting and ending with a Full Moon 🙂 With everything coming together in this magical month we will kick start it with a wonderful walk up to the rocks between Paddy’s Top and Barnavave. From there we will watch the Sun as it sets before making our way back down to warm up at the campfire in Coinnle Corra as the Moon rises above Carlingford Lough. There may even be some treats 😉 After our break, we will take the short stroll under the night sky back to our starting point. These are always truly lovely evenings and although there is a short steep section and uneven terrain, it is doable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. Proper clothing and footwear are required as are torches. No jeans or runners please.

Difficulty: Reasonable fitness required.
