This is a really lovely hike up to the Cross on Barnavave and across to Paddy’s Top with beautiful views of the Cooley Mountains and Peninsula on all sides. From there we will make our way down the hill and back to Carlingford along a gorgeous country track. This walk has some steep sections, rough mountain terrain and some stiles so a reasonable level of fitness is required as are proper clothing and footwear. No jeans or runners please.

Difficulty: Moderate
